A contact lens appointment is a specialist eye examination to assess your suitability for contact lenses, determine the correct prescription and ensure a safe, comfortable fit.
Unlike a standard eye test for glasses, this appointment focuses on the health of the front surface of your eye (the cornea) and how the lenses interact with it.
We also guide you through which lenses are best suited to your lifestyle and budget and provide advice on how to insert, remove and care for your lenses with confidence.
A follow-up visit is usually scheduled to ensure your eyes are adapting well and that the lenses are comfortable.
A current valid spectacle prescription is required.
